The Mondriaan Fund is the national cultural funding organization that focuses on visual arts and cultural heritage. The aim is to support innovation, and excellence by providing financial support to artists, art organizations and cultural heritage in The Netherlands, and promoting contemporary art from The Netherlands abroad. Furthermore, the fund plays an important role in the internationalization of the visual arts sector. It does this by providing possibilities and programs for networking and exchange within the field.

The National Restoration Fund is an independent foundation which provides financial support to owners of monuments for the purpose of restoration and maintenance of these buildings. The Fund furthermore provides knowledge on the preservation of these monuments.

The Prins Bernhard Cultuurfonds aims stimulating the preservation of nature, culture and education. It does this by providing grants to projects and individuals in the cultural sector. The Foundation is funded by menaces, donations and the national lottery, among others. With more than 240 Designated Funds, the Cultuurfonds is market leader in the Netherlands of these personalized 'field of interest' funds.
